Ina-Garten
Ina Garten is known as a well-known American cook book author over the seasons. Ina is also the Emmy-winning host of Food Networks longest running show Barefoot Contessa, which started in 2002. Ina was employed at the White House as a writer of nuclear energy policy documents and the budget. Her first impression was that her job to be intellectually stimulating, however, she eventually lost interest and opened a speciality store for food called Barefoot Contessa. It took her 18 years to turn the store into hugely successful, and then decided to sell the store. After that, she started writing her first cookbook. Numerous different cookbooks and magazines were later published. Meanwhile, her Food Network television show too began its run and was a hit. The company sells numerous products, from ingredients for food preparation to kitchenware, storage and even cooking equipment. Ina herself, a self-taught chef, has never studied at the culinary institute or at a hotel. She is known for her simple approach to cooking and effortless take on entertainment. Her most well-known dishes include Skillet Lemon Chicken roasted by Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & cheese Beef Bourguignon. Balsamic-roasted Brussels Sprouts, Lemon Bars and Mac and Cheese.
