Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. Following the end of her gymnastics career from childhood, Ariel began competing at fitness competitions at the age of 16. At the age of 17 She was awarded her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model and a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at the age of 16, after she quit the sport of gymnastics. In the year 17 she was awarded her Professional Card one year later. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel had a break of six years from her career after she earned her pro card to pursue her education. Her return to competition in 2015 was an extension of previous performances, in which she took part in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show for a few years and set higher goals each year. By 2009, she'd achieved four more fitness championships. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel Ariel Ariel took an absence of six years from competitive sports after earning her pro card in order to complete her university education. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang during the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The show was a success and she finished third. In the summer of 2016, she took home her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage and won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she did not have any expectation. She was happy by her performance. She was up against the top athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The most she does is bent-over rows, single arm pull-downs (on machines), pull-ups and seated rowing. Warming up is usually done prior to an actual training. Ariel will also make the most of her time. This is accomplished by making sure she is doing all the back exercises she does, doing up to four or three supersets of between 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is sort of exercise twice a week. One day would be lighter weight and the other heavy weight day.
