Annmarie Fairweather, an experienced Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of knowledge in the field. She's worked with leaders from a wide range of industries, helping them improve their company, especially when they are experiencing rapid expansion. Annmarie was an influential thinker in translating the enterprise's strategies and plans into strategies for business and employee engagement. Awed by the leadership of teams, she views the development of teams and their learning an essential element to gain competitive advantage. The experience she has gained working with Fortune 500, small companies and mid-sized enterprises has allowed her to create cultures which foster learning and creativity that positively impact teams and individuals. Annmarie dedicates time and talent for Learning Ally, but she is also involved in several other non profit organizations. As a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie is committing her time and talents in support of Learning Ally's work.
